Well folks, i appreciate the wealth of information. Before this, I had not looked at the 2013 though I do like the new look. The price difference between 2012 and 2013 is not that prohibitive. And there seems to be some interesting color choices in 2013 that I have not seen before. I will take my leave and wish everyone a good week.
Good luck on your search.
My advice would be to really perform a proper check for any leaks on your prospective used RX350 that you are planning on purchasing. The main points of concern for a 2013 and newer RX350 AWD would be a transfer-case cover leak(rare, but happens with age) and front timing cover leak(very common); since both would require an engine removal to fix that is expensive. The 2010-2012 AWD main concerns would be the cover(timing and transfer-case) leaks like the 2013 and newer models as well as the rubber oil cooler and VVT hoses.
The water pump is also a common failure point for any high mileage(over 80k miles) RX350 from 2010-2015 that should be checked, but not too expensive to repair.
