The green circled tube is for the evap purge valve. Would not affect mileage unless the hose was damaged and causing a vacuum leak. I had to replace the purge valve itself on mine as it was sticking and throwing an evap CEL

Mattrx, the end of the hose (circled in red) had some cracks (slits) at the tip. As i mentioned, there was never any kind of clamp holding that hose onto the plastic tube of the TB, and it was almost all the way out, about to fall off. I'm thinking it may have cause a slight Leak in the line. As i mentioned, i went for a short drive today, same as usually do, and the car seemed peppier. Not sure if it fixed something? Maybe there was a vacuum leak and now it's fixed??

I believe there's two different vacuum lines sizes that one in your photos looks more like a fuel line I'd replace that too. The lines going to my air box definitely needed changing

the lines in the picture are about the same size. I think it may be an evap thing. My small lines should get changed.
