Default Bad sway bars? Already?

Hi guys, as i had mentioned before i've been trying to figure out this rear end clunking.
I was inspecting the rear sway bars that i had changed out, about 5 months ago. They installed aftermarket bars (mevo) and shortly after, one of them has snapped ) bolt that hold on, at bottom of bar). They replaced it under warranty, but looking at them now, the bar bolts are twisted to the extreme at the top and bottom of bar. They don't seem to sit straight. Can the bars be wearing out(ball/socket internally)?
Should i go with oem bars instead?
Any issues with aftermarket bars?
Thanks
fab

The aftermarket bar should have the same bends, length, ect. The brackets that bolt the bar to the frame/cradle should have the same length or you'll need to ablong the bolt holes. The endlinks should be the same length as the oem ones. btw, Why did you need to replace the sway bar for? Yea, possibly the bushings or the endlinks thou........

Hey, the actual sway bar seems to still be ok. It's just the sway bar links that I think i'll change. I'm curious though.. is the rear shocks go bad can the affect the actual sway bar at all?
i looked at the front oem links, and they sit perfectly (not twisted or bent at all) the rears are kinda twisted (long threaded bolt).
I'm just skeptical on the quality of these links. Unless the are the wrong links to begin with??

Never had luck with any aftermarket links for the same reasons. I now go OEM only.
