Sorry I’m a bit late on the reply. I had the one tire changed out for the same brand as the other 3 and has them re balanced and now I still get a little shaking so what else should I consider looking at?

I hope they didn't warp your new front rotors when they installed your new tires by improperly torquing on your rims.

I would definitely have the rotors measured for warping just to be sure.

Well I made sure all 4 tires I have are the same; which they are; but I still get a occasional "off and on" shaking/vibrating. Could this be something in the front suspension or something else?

short answer is yes, possibly -- you should at least check tie rods and ball joints (your front wheels/tires)
