Question Major door lock problem

On my 2006 Lexus RX330 my passenger door is locked and the door cannot be opened. The interior door handle feels as if it is disconnected, it just flops. The manual door lock button cannot be pushed in or pulled our. The electric lock mechanism chatters when the car is put in gear, and clicks when the car is shut down. The locking fob on the key will not lock or unlock the door. The outside handle will not move. It cannot open the door. The lock mechanism needs to be replaced, but the door cannot be opened.
Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
I don't know if my email address is shown when I post this so I am giving it to enable someone with an answer to be able to contact me.

Looks like you will have to remove the interior door trim to get at the locks. Looking at service manual, there seems to be only 1 clip you may have to break if the door is closed. BTW, auto glass replacement companies, are expert at this kind of thing, and likely way less cost than a Lexus dealer if you are not DIY.
