RX 350 alternator change

helped a friend yesterday replace the alternator in a RX 350. Followed the youtube instructions about not removing the radiator. No worries 1.5hrs to remove, 1hr to install. Really an easy straight forward job. (bolts on alternator were super tight to remove)

not sure if the video mentions this ( my friend had watched the video, not me)
remove the plastic cover(2 bolts) inside the wheel well to get better access to the belt and bottom alternator bolt.
