You might want to provide more info like model and year otherwise your thread is DOA, unless you're just venting. Depending on the year and circumstance, call the main line and talk to Lexus customer care or call your dealer. They may or may not be able to 'Good Will' the issue.

Yeah i agree with you. At 12-13 years old the car is just too old o expect help from Lexus - Especially at no cost.

Lexus WILL Replace Your Dash
One of my vehicles is a 2006 Lexus RX330. Along with all the other intolerable warranty and none warranty problems I have experienced with this vehicle over the past 12 years, the dash was cracking to shreds and needed replacing. I went to the Dealership, and was given a song and dance about 500 people (on a written list) before me also needing a dashboard. They told me to leave my name and phone number on this written list, and they would call as soon as a dashboard was available. I asked them to summon the Service Manager, who ended up treating me like as if I were a huge inconvenience. I told the rude SM I wanted, in writing, that I had come to the dealership to request the dashboard. He hesitated, so I told him I would be happy to seek out the General Manager to assistant . Needless to say, the rude SM drew up a pending service invoice with all my vehicle information (VIN, mileage, etc), ENTERED IT IN THE COMPUTER (not on some written list), and gave me a copy. Four months later, I had my new dashboard (free of charge).
This is a warranty enhancement that you are entitled to.

I disagree with those who claim that your Lexus is too old to qualify for the dash replacement. I had my RX330 dash replaced a few years ago when the car was 11 years old and had close to 120k miles. The recall notice went out a year before that and I was placed on a waiting list for 1 year before I got the dash replaced.

I'm glad that your dash was replaced. Mine was also (in my 2006 RX330), but I was not notified until mid 2017, that the replacement was available. As soon as I received the letter, I was at the Lexus dealer.
For those reading this thread that are hoping to have their dash replaced. This is not a Recall for the dash. The term they use is Warranty Enhancement. Recalls have a limited time/mileage statute. As long as a dash for your vehicle is available, and you can drive to the dealership, you are entitled to this Warranty Enhancement. Don't let the dealership bully you or dissuade you because of mileage or age of your vehicle.

The warranty enhancement covers the vehicle until May 31, 2017 or 10 years from the date of first use, whichever is later. If you just missed the deadline, Lexus might still warranty it, but I doubt they would warrant a 2006 model this far past the deadline, nor are they obligated to.

ONCE AGAIN, I had the dashboard in my 2006 Lexus RX330 replaced (by Lexus dealership) June, 2017. kennytbone, quit "DOUBTING", and posting (what you don't know) if you have not spoken with Lexus! This woman wants a new dash for her "well kept" Lexus. Why diminish her hopes with your post?!?!
The count of Lexus vehicles that needed this "warranty enhancement' was so vast, that Lexus couldn't make them fast enough. That is why so many people were put on waiting lists for (sometimes) years. The letter Lexus sent to me for this "warranty enhancement", wasn't posted until March 2017. In April, 2017, I was put on a waiting list, and received my new dash June, 2017.

You also proved my point. Your dash was replaced under the warranty because you reported the problem to Lexus in April 2017, BEFORE the May 31 deadline. When the work was actually performed is irrelevant.
Lexus was under no obligation to implement the warranty enhancement and isn't obligated to fix any problems that were reported to them after the deadline. They might, but it's their prerogative at this point. It doesn't hurt to ask, they might say yes, but it's unlikely.

PukeLexus actually you have it wrong. Recalls DO NOT have a limited time/mileage statute. Warranty extensions do. Recalls are for things safety related so they take precedence. kennytbone has it right, the warranty extension expired 5/31/2017, or 10 years after the vehicle was purchased new. No one is entitled to have anything replaced on a 12 year old Lexus with a long expired warranty for free, Unless it's a safety recall.
