i have inquired about the dash on my 2004 rx330, they informed me that it ended may 2017 i never received a letter. I am the second owner...i asked the previous owner and they said they never got a notice. i took for maintenance at lexus dealer several times and inquired about the dash and they told me about the warranty replacement...HELP!!!! I'm giving my car to my daughter who turns 16 in August and my place is/was to buy a 2018 RX350...that will not happen if this dash is not replaced.

 

Best bet is to contact Lexus corporate and see if they can help you, but they're under no obligation.
