No accelerator Throttle Response
Car runs normal when first started up, but after warming up a minute or so, there is zero pedal response. The engine will only idle, so max speed is about 5 mph depending on the slope of the road.
2004 Lexus RX 330
Dash indicators include:
Check Engine,
VSC,
TRAC OFF.
OBDII codes:
Stored Codes include:P2102 - Throttle Actuator Control Motor Circuit Low P2119 - Throttle Actuator Control Throttle Body Range / Performance
Pending Code:P2102 - Throttle Actuator Control Motor Circuit Lowcontrol motor open circuit – most likely throttle body assembly
Trouble Code Fault Location Probable CauseP2119 Throttle actuator control (TAC), throttle valve - range/performance problem Throttle valve tight/sticking, throttle motor
Trouble Code Fault Location Probable Cause P2102 Throttle actuator control (TAC) motor - circuit low Wiring short to ground, TAC motor
I'm fairly good, mechanically, though only have the most basic tools. Do have the OBD II checker, ohm meter. Any suggestions? Relatively easy things I can try first? Or direction on troubleshooting? Thanks

Little I know electrically but you have throttle motor listed 3 times. Wiring short once. I had similar issue on my then Ridgeline - rodents chewed on harness and caused short. $350 dealer fix.
