Good day, I am currently experiencing Intermittent idle once the engine is warm.

As such, i would like to inquire whether or not this symptom relates to a faulty Stepper Motor on the Throttle Body of a 1UZ ?

Please provide me with a part number for this Stepper Motor for a 1UZ on a 1996 JDM Celsior

or

Does anyone have a link where a new one can be sourced on ebay or amazon.

I'm not aware of a stepper motor on the 1996 Celsior, you should have a main and sub throttle TPS and a traction control servo motor.
Idle problems are normally due to a dirty Throttle body, a faulty IACV or a faulty main TPS.
Also check all vacuum pipes for damage/leaks
