Default RX 350 (2nd Gen 2009) New Owner Questions

Hey Guys,

Just some background information about my situation. So recently I acquired a 2009 RX 350. My folks bough this car 3 years ago with over 90k on it. It's a base model no HID no Navi, etc, etc. I was very irritated at my folks at the time because I believe they paid way too much without any additional features/options. At the time they paid 24k for the car which I believe is a bit much. Also I forgot to mention there's visual defects as well. With all that said I had some questions.

HID's: I did some research and I was wondering is it possible to swap in a OEM HID headlight unit and just plug in play?

-Looked at the option to install HID with stock reflector headlamps but personally I don't wanna blind people on the road if they aren't adjusted properly

-Buy and retro fit projectors and then buy/install HID kit, *an option but can be pricey

Navi Head Unit: Same concept, install OEM head unit with Navi previously installed.

-Fully install/buy aftermarket kit that includes back up cam, bluetooth, etc etc.

TLDR: Can i buy OEM HID/Navi Unit and Plug and Play.

****Any feedback would be great. Sorry for the newb questions.
