I need some help.
I have purchased a rx300 facelift 2004.
Unfortunately I am having a major problem...
My navigation disc is not working. I have done the following.
1. Backup disc and insert backup.
2. Head cleaner
3. Insert cd to check spin.

I have noticed 3 things...
1. Inserting the originals disc or backup causes the disk drive to spin and then stop.
2. Inserting a cd or head cleaner causes the disc to spin continuously.
3. The original disc has some scratches.

I wanted to find out of the disc had been upgraded to a newer version by the previous owner, and then the original had been put in before sale, would it work or error message.

Also, if the service menu does not show a status for the Nav disc does this mean it's faulty...
