I know there a lot of threads with this issue "Please insert correct navigation CD" but we still can't resolve this problem on my friend's car. He just bought Onyx Black with Saddle leather but can't be happy with this issue ))

I've tried to remove the CD, tried to take off "+". It doesn't work. Even "MENU" button doesn't work. If we'll go to the dealer and try to reset it by their PC, will it work? Any ideas?

Did he take the disc out of the changer, and place another version in there?
When I was upgrading my, navigation disc in my 2003 Lexus LS430, I had gotten the new disc from a torrent. I burned the iso to a disc. I placed the disc in the DVD slot in the rear, after 5 min it said can't read please insert right disc. I then decided let me buy a different type of disc so i bought a verbatim disc. Solved all the problems.

My guess is that someone tried to do something with the disc in the rear, so you might need a newer disc to fix the problem. Look online to see what version is out for your system.
