I had put those sticker pads on my dash for over 2 years and it was melting . So I had to remove it and put a new one. I was pulling on it really and and it snapped . Ripped and crack the leather dashboard. I wanted to ask if any had experience fixing the rip . i don't want super glue as it would be hard and brittle. Regular would melt under the sun? Any susgestion . I did some research and found people using contact cement to put on new vinyl on top off old plastic dash

The dash isn't leather. Get Lexus to replace it. See:

2007 Lexus rx350 with 60,000 miles . I think I'm out of the warranty already. They won't replace it for free ? I pull the sticker out too hard and it ripped . It's my fault .

It's a defect in the dash material. Read the posts in that link. They should replace it for free.

OP, of course do not tell Lexus you ripped it. Just say it has been under that condition for a while and now it is so bad its falling off.

Its under an extended warranty that Lexus will replace for free

Lexus will replace it regardless of mileage. You should have gotten a letter in the mail explaining all of this.
