Default "marks" on the dash.

I usually just wipe down my car with a wet mircofiber but I found an annoying mark on the dash that won't come off

Does anyone have the same problem?

It seems like the leather is damage or "dried up"

More noticeable in person

That looks exactly like what I have on the front of my dash. My husband put his big boat of a shoe on his knee and scuffed the dash. He must now keep both feet on the floor.

I don't think so cause the leather seems like a dried up black where the spot is.

Add some sort of conditioner on it. I use this stuff called klasse but any kind of vinyl or leather conditioner will help it.

I had the same problem after dry wiping the same dash area with a microfiber towel. I saturated the entire dash area with leather conditioner several times. This past summer, the heat and sun along with the leather Lexus Leather Conditioner made the scuffs disappear.

The dash and other interior surfaces are very fragile. I keep a microfiber towel in the car and just carefully use it to remove dust and fingerprints. For the plastic surfaces of dash, I use an eyeglass cloth with water only. Note that the navigation screen has a protective coating that is super fragile.
