Would this apply to the 330 as well. I see the court docs in the link above only mention the 350. I bought a used rx330 recently and just noticed tonight after a run through a brush-less car wash that condensation is now in the passenger side light.

Got the letter. Bought an '05 330 six months ago, and mailed the new owner registration form in (located in back of supplemental service manual).
My take is that all RXs are covered, but must show cosmetic damage or lamp failure from moisture. Also, letter alluded to reimbursement for prior replacement.
There may be a delay for Toyota to ramp up production of new units for cosmetic replacement.
I'd talk to my dealer if you have an issue.

Hello,
I received the letter from Lexus this morning concerning the moisture in the headlights. I replaced one headlight two years ago due to this problem. A year ago I replaced the other, disappointing to say the least. I was charged $1200.00 for the first headlight and only $950.00 for the second. I was told that Toyota lowered the price as many customer were disappointed. Somehow the $950.00 seems to be no bargain when I think back to a 1994 Saturn I have owned for nearly 20 years. No major problems and the headlights are just fine!

moisture in headlight warranty enhancement
Just got this today from Lexus, looks like enough people complained and they will be covering the defective moisture in headlight issue. Primary coverage till 10-31-15 secondary coverage will be 9 years from date of first use regardless of mileage. There will also be a reimbursement process if you paid for the work already.
