Default help with leak

I just bought the car about 3 months ago and everytime it rains hard...it leaks inside. Water drips down from the vent sunroof button and the windshield pillars. I find the pillars soaked all the way down to the tweeters. I also find the driverside floor soaking wet all the time where it drips down from the tweeters but not the passenger side. I am guessing the drain holes from the sunroof is clogged...can someone tell me how to fix this or tell me what lexus will charge to figure this out. Its very fustrating...please help.

You can access the drain tubes for the front from the top. You can clear them with compressed air just be careful not to go crazy. Open sunroof and get a step ladder.

if you dont have compressed air, just pick up a roll of mechanics wire. it is stiff enough to do the job great, but will no puncture the drain.

short of that solving your problem, you will need to remove you headliner and other trim peices and have someone hold a hose on the roof while you check to see where its coming in.

Are you talking about the cans that you can buy at walmart to clean off electronics etc?

that should work or you can try a real compressor with blow gun nozzle attachment. Or you can use weed eater line.

I have used all three with success.

As a side note if you have to clear the rear sunroof tubes, you access them from the bottom by removing the side rocker panels

Default RX330 Sunroof Rear Drain Tube

I have removed the side rocker panel covers on my 2004 RX. Now, where would I find the rear sunroof tubes exit on the rocker channel so I can access them to clean them?

Look from the top of the sunroof while it is open. Look where the water should drain and you will find them.
