Default Back passenger door lock problem

I have searched high and low with no luck so here I am for some help. The rear passenger door of the car will not lock with the rest of the doors whether using the remote or the button in the car. It also will not budge manually. The lock shows it is in the locked position but the door is not locked. I dont think it is an electronic issue because I cant even move the lock manually. What are the possible issues and is this common? Thanks It is an 04 rx330

It might be a door lock motor or actuator issue. Here is a DIY link for the front door, (can't find one for the rear door) hope it helps:

Figure this may help someone else. Knew how to get the door panel off. Seems like all cars are generally the same method. As for the problem, The black plastic sleeve over the cable for the manual part of the door lock was cracked and fraying at the end not allowing it to slide into the lock assembly on the door side. For now I just unhooked it at the door panel side because the car would not lock the way it was. Now I can lock and unlock it with the switch in the car or the key electronically, just not manually. Which is better than how it was before because that door would not lock period. One thing I am not sure is how to get the lock assembly out so that i can get the cable unhooked from it.

Thanks, I figured it was those 3 bolts just seems like it will be a pain to get it back in haha. I will order the cable and deal with it when the cable comes in.
