Just got my RX back after having some damage to the rear bumper, quarter panel and door.

Despite the truck looking really good, the back up camera seems to be off center.

Can anyone please put up a picture of the view once you put it into reverse?

I could have sworn that once I put it in reverse and the camera came on, you could see the LEXUS lettering on the black plastic bumper mat and it was dead center, but now it is off to the side.

 

Did you just call my Lexus RX "the truck"?

I sure did. Thats what we call them up here in these parts.

 

The term truck certainly denotes a whole different class of vehicle, far removed from an RX.

 

Ummmm... nicknames for vehicles aside... I believe the camera is initially pointed off centered, at least in my vehicle. I will see if I can snap a pic for you the next time I'm in the car.

 

Calling it a Luxury SUV seems right to me. My 02 Toyota Tundra, that's definitely a Truck.

 

So, can anyone tell me where the lexus letters are when you turn on the back up camera?

 

I can see the exus and some of the L. It is definitely not centered over the Lexus lettering.
