I just noticed that the backup camera view on the monitor looks like the angle was messed with. The corners are black like they are blocked by something.

Is there some way to change the angle of the camera?

 

the lens is fish eye. I kinda like it the way it is. I could see my bumper and exactly how far the object is from my bumper.

i don't think there is a way to change the camera position. There is no adjustment that I could see.

 

Welcome to Club Lexus! There are no physical adjustments for the camera, unfortunately.

 

I just noticed the same problem today. I see a shadow of my car and the rear bumper on the screen.

 

This is the view of what my backup camera looks like. Thats not normal is it?

 

Remember the camera is not mounted in the center of the trunk thus the view is skewed slightly. No adjustment can fix that physical limitation.
