Default wheel question
I'm looking at 2 diff 08 350. Both have the awd and nav. One has a 5 spoke and one has a 7 spoke. What size wheels are these? Are they both 18"?

Why won't you just read the numbers on the side of the tires. It would have 3 numbers something like this : P(some number)/(some number)/R(some number)

The number after the R (means radial) is the measurement in diameter in inches of the rim.

Both 18's. The 7 spoke was an upgrade.

It is likely that the 5-spoke is the 17", the 7-spoke the 18" wheel. (I have 18" wheels on my 09RX350, and it has 7-spokes). You can check through Lexus.com (e.g. _> specs. with 'options' - also by viewing second-hand (used) cars for sale at dealerships and their specs., and simply by telephoning to a Lexus dealer who will give you the info. 6 spoke is 17" which was the standard. Hardly see it in the US, Canada had many.

5 Spoke is 18" which is an upgrade. Which has been the normal here in the US.

7 spoke is 18" which is a higher upgrade, came out in 08 and majority of the 08's had them.

I thought the 7 spoke was the factory 18 on the Hybrid's. Their wheels are different, right??

so was there a cost difference between the 18" 7 spoke and the 18" 5 spoke? 5 spoke is what they've had since 04..

Also anyone know if Lexus had a "Black Chrome" option in the 7 spoke?
