Default Remote Start

What have you guys used on your rigs? I'm not looking to get an alarm, just a remote start kit. Luxlink doesn't make one for this vehicle either So, I'm looking for some idea's. Thanks.

Audiovox with 800# option. The option allows me to call an 800# to start the vehicle remotely. Dealer installed.

I have the Viper remote start system and it functions beautifully! Just make sure a "quality" installer does it for you so all the buttons on your factory key work as well as the buttons on your viper remote. On my viper remote, it locks/unlocks, set alarm, remote starts and the aux button is setup to open the rear automatic lift gate. I love it and really have no need to even use my factory key remote buttons.

Mike,

Do you have to have a valet key installed to use the remote start? I have heard this is required.

Thanks

Viper is DEI so most likely there is a need for a bypass via a chiped key

Default Remote start install in Upstate NY (near binghamton)

hey guys,

I have a 2004 RX330 and I am planning on installing a remote starter for it. I would like to have someone here install one for me so just in case there is a problem I can go back to them easily. I live near binghamton NY ( 1 hr south of Syracuse). Has anyone here had a remote starter put in on their RX330 or RX350?

Details would be nice...model, price, etc...

Thanks!!!
