Default Replacement fluids for RX330

I plan on replacing engine oil, radiator, transmission, and rear differential fluids on our '05RX330 AWD. We tow a boat with our RX in the summer, so I'd like to put in some quality stuff, and even considering the switch to synthetic engine oil at 55k mi.

Does anyone have any recommendations on which fluids are the best to use?

Has anyone had experiences running synthetic oil in RX330's engine, how is this likely to affect gas mileage, performance, longevity and what problems this might cause?

A switch to synthetics, Mobile 1 or Amsoil are good examples, is highly recommended if you tow and if you DIY easily done. However, what is just as important, or even more so, is the frequency of the changes. If you are towing, etc. I would not use the synthetics as an excuse to extend your oil change intervals beyond the 5000 mile recommendations.

Reason to switch to the synthetics is not fuel savings. Probably will not see much. What you are doing is longevity of your engine and transmission. Under load non-synthetics break down quicker and gunk up the system blocking ports. Parts do not get lubrication and wear out quicker.

No problems making that switch as long as you are sure what you are using meets or exceeds the needed spec.

Engine Oil: Pennzoil Platinum 5w30
Transmission: Amsoil Universal ATF
Radiator:Toyota Super Long Life Coolant
Differential: Redline 75w90

This is what I would use. I already use Pennz Plat 5w30. At 30k changed my ATF to Amsoil. The Coolant I am not changing until 90k service. I have an ES330 so I dont have a Diff but at bobistheoilguy.com I have seen plenty UOA's with Redline 75w90 especially in a toyota with great results. Once you change the Diff with Redline, you wont have to worry about it till another 100k miles.

did not find front differential capacity in the manual. For rear differential and transfer care, the capacity is 1.0 qt each. Does anyone know how much goes into front differential?

The OEM GL-5 gear oil costs like $50 per 1 qt, I think this is a lot, especially if need to replace front, rear diff and transfer case, that's like over $150 just for fluids right there. Where's best place to buy OEM fluids online?
