Yellow vs White fog lights
hey all,
Pretty much what the title says. Any pictures? Any opinions? The picture in my head looks pretty nice, but i'd like to see it for real.

Search will bring up old posts on this subject. Also look beyond the RX forum ... Club Lexus special interest ... lighting Forum.
Form and function are the two things.
You yourself is best suited to decide about form.
Function> For fogs, you want wider spread and high penetration. So the bulb reflectors try to focus the light low and wide. [if the light is pointed up, it will reflect off the moisture and you get washed view .. without visibility up ahead ... that why the high beams and fogs are mutually exclusive settings].
Wavelength (frequency wise ... penetration power), Amber is better suited than pure white.

I ordered yellow Nokya fogs...9006....I've had good experience with them in the past....
If they are not yellow enough I will go and buy some yellow laminate covers so the intensity is more yellow. That said the fogs are might higher off the ground then say the GS so I'll be toying around.
Also ordered LEDs for the rear license plate....
