Problem after tire rotation???
I just did a tire rotation today basically switch back tires to front and front tires to back. After that I notice when I am driving on the freeway... small aliagment problem and it makes some noise in the axel area. Does anyone ever experience the same or similar problem? Any idea?

Agree, with Kaydee, check to see if the bolts are tight, though what BrownRB said isn't out of the question on balancing.
When I do balancing and rotation (usually I do it at the same time unlike alignment), I always have an alignment done afterwards, and for AWD models, I make sure they use a Hunter alignment machine that can adjust the alignment for the rear as well. I used to get noise in the rear until I switched from the Bear to the Hunter machine.

The manual shows a 5 wheel rotation but most Lexus dealers will only rotate 4 (not the spare) unless you request it. Of course then there is an additional charge. Not quite up to Lexus standards if you ask me.

I had similar issues BEFORE I did a tire rotation. Once I did the rotation, the noise and very slight pull went away. So, this tells me that one of my tires is worn unevenly. I have the original Michelins on my 05 with 38000 miles on them so it isn't out of line to expect one to wear oddly.
I would do a visual inspection of the tire, try a balance as suggested, and, if all else fails, rotate them back. How many miles do you have on the tires?

it's been said, check the bolts just to be sure. doesnt sound bad as this but you do not want this to be you.

I saw a TSB on tire rotation that said something to the effect that "after a tire rotation, test drive the veh. If it pulls to one side, reverse the front tires and test drive again".
Of course I can't find it now, but you might be able to call your dealership and talk to their technician.
