Default RX330 A/C temperature Unstable

I have noticed that my 04 RX330 AC cold air is unstable. I had my AC temperature at 68-75 degrees and the air that output from the vent sometimes is pure cold and sometimes warm air. I never had this issue, but now it varies from mintues to minues. Any idea why this is causing it?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Is your A/C set on "auto"?? If so, that is what it's suppose to do - automatically switch from blowing cold/warm air to the temp you've set.

Split temp settings causes some of the problem and the bigger the spread between the two , the outcome is more pronounced. [Internally there is only one AC unit]

I do not have A/C set Auto. I set it manually to 70 degrees.
