Any one knows if park sensor or park tronics option are available on a 07' rx350?

No, to my understanding they did not make parking sensors an option on the 07 RX...

 

i tot RX **** with reverse camera?

 

The RX "****" [???] with a rear view (not a "reverse") camera only as a part of the Navigation system. If you don't have that, you have to park using the Braille method.

 

i've seen some aftermarket ones that look pretty good (i.e. color matched). but it won't be like the lexus sedans where the parking sensors are integrated into a visual depiction on the dash or the nav screen... you will only get the proximity beeps. i saw a set at a local dealer for about $399 i think.

 

so sorry, we called it a reverse camera here, only those equipped with navi is available then

 

That's OK.

Over here a reverse camera would be a projector.

I don't see why you can't. Just order them from the website.
