What do you mean all the way?

It ties in with your speed so if you are barely moving your lights are not going to turn that much.

I have the adaptive HIDs as well, and wouldn't have a clue as to whether they're working within factory spec or not. I just know they illuminate the road better than the HIDs in my '04 RX.

How would someone tell that one side isn't turning correctly?

I believe the Owner's Manual states that the lights do not turn at speeds below 30 mph.

You can usually tell if the lights are working properly when you first start your car; the lights go through a self diagnostic phase where they move left to right.

I can see mine turning too. Can you see that yours are turning within factory specifications? If so, I want eyes like yours.

You can see they're working. How can you see that they're turning according to factory specifications?

thank for all these replies,my lights are moving the way you mentioned, but the replacement one has aiming mostly on the curb with much less movement than the old ,so if any body can tell how to redirect the aiming, thanks.
