Shuddering brake pedal?
While driving our one month-old RX330 today, I noticed that at least half the time, when I'm starting to press down on the brake pedal, I feel it shudder/vibrate for a split second, much like the feeling of the ABS kicking in. However I don't hear the ABS system cycling (then again, I don't know if I would be able to hear it cycling if it were cycling).
Anyone else notice it? It seems to happen more at lower speeds.

I'm positive that it's not warped rotors--the frequency and intensity does not match my experiences with warped rotors on our previous Toyota 4Runner's and my GS400. It really does feel like what I've felt when the ABS kicked in on the 4Runners.
The shudder/stutter occurs when I'm just starting to depress the brake pedal, maybe the first 1/4" - 1/2", then it goes away and the RX330 decelerates smoothly and normally.

What you describe sounds exactly like the ABS kicking in on my 330 - primarily a tactile sensation. Can't imagine how that would happen within the first 1/4" to 1/2" of pedal travel, though. Definitely get your dealer to check it out.
My wife and I both just got new RX 330's, both do the brake pedal shudder thing, one worse than the other. Again, it is just in the initial pedal depression, the first 1/2 inch or so, and can do it even if you're in park, although it is most noticeable when pressing gently at low speed. It was addressed with the dealer on one of our cars and they said "drive it some more and see if it goes away". The other has not yet been in for it's 30 day service. Very annoying problem! Anyone with it have it fixed yet?

Makes about as much sense as the old vaudeville routine, "Dr. Kronkheit":
Patient: "Doctor, doctor, it hurts when I do this..." (flailing one arm about)
Dr. Kronkheit: (looking up from Racing Form) "Don't do that anymore!"
(wait for laugh......nothing but crickets...)
Seriously, get a second opinion. It seems that your dealer may not be taking you seriously. You bought 2 Lexi from him (I assume). You deserve better treatment.
