on the 2nd gen rx350 you can use this, Bluetooth Audio Musik Adapter LEXUS IS ISF GS RX LS 300 350 400ht, to get bluetooth audio. the unit plugs into the cassette player unit and allows audio via the cassette. I also uses a y connector so all steering wheel functions etc are maintained. Is there a similar system for the gen 3 rx350 9 Cost is <$100)
Is there an auxiliary jack hidden somewhere? If it didn’t come with Bluetooth from the factory then it probably came with a 3.5mm jack somewhere that u can use to plug into the audio system and get much better results than they the tape deck
Wife's 2010 RX has a 12-volt cigarette lighter/power outlet in the center console.
In my Tundra I use a Scosche BT/FM to stream from my iPhone to the radio. Works really well without wires dangling like other devices. It has charge ports too. Not as sophisticated as what is shown in the OP but it's quick and easy to use.

I bought a $8 stereo cassette adapter and a $18 bluetooth receiver that plugs into the cigarette lighter, works great when using bluetooth streaming from your phone.
