I have just bought a 2005 RX330, with the factory Navigation system. When I start up the car it says bluetooth connection failed, you need an app to access.
The Nav system hand book did not come with the car, only the owners manual.
Do you know what app I need to connect my phone to the car?
Shouldn't need any app. Try turning off bluetooth on your phone then enabling you should get a pair yes/no prompt. BTW you will only be able to make calls not stream audio, at least I think that's how it is.

I see you are a new member soooo welcome to Club Lexus! 🚀📣🤖🤓
I'm sorry I'm not much help on this because I ripped out my navigation and put in a double din radio.
Honestly, I had no idea it had Bluetooth, that was the main reason I wanted it gone. Lol

Oh yeah, ancient by today's standards.
