So I recently purchased a 2004 RX 330 from an impound lot. It did not come with keys, so I took the paperwork to a local Lexus dealership and they cut me 2 transponder keys using the lock code generated from the VIN number. I then used my laptop loaded with Techstream to add one of the keys I had cut to work in the ignition to start the car. Today I tried to program the 2nd key because its always good to have a spare key and Techstream would detect the car, but any time i tried to read data from any of the menu items, an error would appear saying "That system is unavailable."
I have had issues in the past where I was using a version of Techstream that would not work, but if I downgraded or upgraded to a different version, it would work. But the software literally worked perfectly yesterday.
I tried using Revo Uninstaller to completely remove techstream, then I re-installed several different versions and they all had the same error. Has anybody ran into this issue before. Anu help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Link keys manually. Search on Forum.
PS: Previously linked keys (previous owners) should be removed/erased because of a limited number of "key slots" in car memory.
