Hi I have a 2000 rx300 and I bought a Yamaha space case (weird name but yeah) and it fits but the thing is that it hits the OEM wing and now I can't even open the back. Is there any product that raises the roof rails or should I get new cross bars or rails or something so I have the cargo box and use the trunk at the same time without hitting it. ( im a college student so the cheaper the better but I want it to be safe)

I tried to look at a Yamaha space case roof rack and couldn't find anything other than motorcycle rack or band equipment boxes. Without seeing the item and specs I couldn't tell you much. Most racks the mount point is movable and they sell rack mount kits. What about just removing the wing ? Mine didn't have a wing and the mounts where movable.
One more fact to keep in consideration ... first gen RX spoiler has gone through many changes. So one should not take the accessory provider fitment as the final word.
If you just need an inch or two of elevation cheap then maybe you can use 2x4 wood blocks shaped to fit between the crossbar and the case bottom.
Use longer mounting bolts going through the blocks into the case.

I meant to say yakima but then autocorrect said something else
Ok after looking at a replacement mount kit, it looks like special bolts. So it comes down to how much does it need to be raised and how much of the thread is left on the inside of the box. As for a spacer a plastic cutting block or rubber (used tire), seen wood split to many times. If it needs to be raised more than the thread you have left, you would also need 4 longer bolts with the squares fitting tops and 4 with washers to replace the T headed bolts. Remember OEM bars are only rated for 150lbs, looks like your box is 45lb , I would keep load under 100lb (10lb under your box limit).
OR
Remove the wing and add some rubber plugs, or silicon in the few holes.
I don't think the cutting board would ever break under 150lbs, It's up to you what you feel safe using as a spacer. Added height might let more air under it, I don't know if that would effect anything.
Once again, removing the wing, no added weight, no added height, and cheap.
