Cool Key Fob

Howdy
2001 RX came with 1 key fob. Went to local store to get another made for $100.00 Could not get it to synchronize. Apparently pass door lock actuator sticks. Rear doors work when they want to. It was explained that ALL door locks must be working to synchronize a new FOB. Suggestions appreciated? Also: can't seem to find an video how to remove front & rear door panels to address the actuators. Cheers,

From my experience, the actuator not only must be working, but work well enough to cycle on and off five times. This cycling is what is necessary to program the key. If an actuator sticks without completing this cycling, it is on its way to failing and must be replaced. It may work well enough to operate the locks with an already programmed remote, but will not support programming another one.
