1999 RX, 221K. I note a fair amount of leakage from what appears to be the power steering pump. I don't recall anyone else experiencing this. Any thoughts on the likely cause? Hose, clamp, seal, etc.? TIA.

There are other possible leaks, but the sure way to say it is power steering leak if you see a drop in power steering reservoir level.
Once you narrow down to the leak is the power steering fluid, use a cleaner like simple green to clean the pump, joints and hoses. After I switched to synthetic, I did spring a leak in the oring and I ahd to take the pump out and replace the oring. Make sure you buy a replacement banjo crush washer if you take the pump out.
Could be a rusted PS line. The rubber pipe leaves the PS reservoir and transitions into a metal one. I had that problem where it went from a slow drip to emptying the reservoir over a 15min drive within a week's time.
