check engine, vsc, shutters around 50 mph

My '02 RX300 has both the check engine and vsc lights on. Around 50 mph, the car shutters which causes the check engine light to flash on and off. Please advise.

You need to retrieve the exact codes to diagnose the cause. Flashing CEL is a sign of a severe condition and further driving should be avoided until the issue is properly addressed.
