The VSC / VSC OFF just lit up today. The car seems to be running ok I have not noticed any thing different. I took it to Auto Zone to read the codes but nothing came up. Anyone have any suggestion where to start. Only the VSC /VSC OFF came on but not the check engine light.

The reason the check engine light didnt come on, and the reason why a code didnt show up in the autozone scanner, is because your code is likely ABS/VSC related, which wont set a check engine light always. Also, the generic scanner that autozone uses only checks for engine codes. Have your car scanned by someone who can check codes other than engine codes.
