Does anyone know if the SEATBACKS as well as the seat bottoms are heated in the 99 RX300. My wife swears they are but when I put the heater on the passenger side, only the bottom heats up.

I also only feel it on the bottom. Recently, I looked through my 1999 Service Manual at the schematics, and do not see any sort of connection to the seat backs, but maybe someone could correct me if I did not read them correctly.
