Before I try, I can feel myself getting back pains after a bit of driving becssue the seat cushion is sagged, or whatever it's called. So I was thinking of swapping the drivers seat itself with ths passenger seat, since the passenger seat obviously has a lot less being sat in. Not the plastics and buttons, just the seats. Is this possible or are they completely different where they are mounted to the rails?

I asked this question about a year ago.
The conclusion is no.
On the inside of the bottom seat cushion its carpet.
The guess was if you want the buttons on the inside and carpet on the outside then it might be possible.

I realise that. That's why I asked about the seat itself. Not the electronics and and plastics that are currently attached to it. These can obviously be taken off. The carpet however, is a different story. I guess I could cut that and sew it to the other seat.

there is airbags in the seat unless yours don't have airbags...

Good point. Looks like I'll just replace the cushioning inside the seat. I know a guy.

You might be better off locating a local wrecked 2IS and purchasing their used seat.

If the seat cushion has just sagged, get a new cushion and have it installed at an auto upholstery shop. A used seat will likely have the same issue.

I have the 2023 UX 250h and the driver’s aeat is so uncomfortable and hard my right leg is falling asleep. I think the pressure of the seat is causing problems I did not have before. I would not and cannot buy this leased car and not sure how I will make it 2 1/2 years more
