Default Replaced Speakers!

I replaced my speakers and the improvement was vast. My system sounded like crap so I did some research and replaced my rear doors with Infinity coaxials 60 rms... My fronts with 90 rms compoents along with the tweets in stock position. I printed out the audio diagram and used the crossovers. Now when i look at the " Premium Sound System" on the head unit I dont cringe anymore. lol... the old speakers were dry rotted and holy. So for about $160 total plus my labor I am pleased.

Any thoughts on/plans for the subwoofer? I sometimes get some resonance that probably comes from my subwoofer.

I will if i can put something better there but im sure theres no room. I could feel the vibrations on the pass. seat from the sub. I would like to have an 8" sub but dont want to run wire and relocate etc... Im going to also do the mod so i can play MP3s from the head unit when i get some free time.

Im a little surprised that the volume is not very loud considering there is an amp powering the speakers. I have virtually the same setup in my car ( speaker wise) running only a 22 watt per channel head unit w/ no amp and its louder than my Lexus. lol... kinda odd.

OEM speakers tend to be very efficient (at the expense of sound quality). Your infinities are less efficient than the speakers they replaced. Having said that, strangely, the infinities are among the more efficient of the aftermarket speaker mass manufacturers.
