Default 01 RX300 - bumpy ride?

My 2001 seems a bit bumpy while driving compared to other lexus models that I've driven. Is this normal for this year and model or is it time for some replacement parts?

The guy who had it before me is a family friend and it was all Lexus dealer maintained for all the major services and all fixes. I am due for the 90K maintenance which I am taking care of in the next few weeks.

The RX300 is a crossover vehicle, so it's suspension is harsher in comparison to Lexus sedans.

Have you driven other RX's? Do you have a SilverSport RX? If so, the suspension is stiffer compared to other RX's.

At 90k miles, your struts are likely still in great condition. My struts at 160k miles were still perfect.

I have a '99 AWD with 230k and the ride is exceptional. The ride is smooth, well controlled and good in the corners. You may worn worn struts.

This is my very first reply to this site. Been lurking for several months and decided to join.

My '01RX-300's ride is only OK but, not quite Lexus like even when I bought it new in '01. My wife loves it though and doesn't want any other vehicle although we've been looking lately.
Yes, it's an SUV/CUV and was probably the best out there "at that time" as I did drive plenty of the competition back when we were testing/deciding on a model.
