One fault (eg bad coil) can sometimes cause a number of codes. I had one bad coil which was throwing 5 "bad coil" codes. I have a cheap code reader - the dealer has the Toyota Techstream reader which may be able to discriminate/diagnose better.

Clear them out and see what pops back up. If you have a bad coil, the engine will be misfiring badly. If you can't feel it misfiring (shaking/vibrating/ loss of power), you probably don't have any bad coils.

Have you reset the ECU? It's a good idea to "introduce" new parts with a reboot.

i cleared the codes but i didnt disconnect the battery. lol maybe i should have done that.

the battery is disconnected now cause i removed the intake to get to the knock sensors and harness. just waiting for someone to let me know how to test the harness and sensors so i can order what new parts i need and put her back together.
