i have a 2003 rx300. i have located the unit under the passenger seat. I put seat forward but passenger seat does not tilt. I can not see the 2 screws that are supposed to be on unit. there are two bolt holding unit to floor. thanks in advance for any advice.

 

I believe the unit underneath the passenger seat is the subwoofer.

 

In 2001 RX DVD drive is to the right of the spare tire under the shrouds. After removing the spare tire pull out the plastic liner for it and look to the right and you should see the nav computer
