Default Headlight and Bumper

Hey guys!
This is my first post and I had some questions about head light bulbs and bumper. I have a 2001 Rx300 and the high beam and fog lights seem to be getting dimmer. I would like to change them myself but I don't know how to . Does anybody have an instruction or a picture showing how to change it? Also, I finally got a new front bumper and I was wondering how to take off the bumper. If anybody knows, your post will be highly appreciated. Thank you!!

Are they getting dimmer or is the clear lense just cloudy and yellowed? If that is the problem, you can clean them up with rubbing compound.

As mentioned, typically the plastic lens gets cloudy. The other problem is the reflector may get hazy as well. Typically the bulbs do not loose their brilliance, but can happen. Just make sure the reflector has not dulled.

well the bulbs, especially high beams just change out. un-plug the harness and then pop it out. pop the new bulbs in, plug the harness back up. if you have big hands the fog lights will be hard to reach so i would suggest taking the battery out(driver side fog) and removing the funnel for the windshield washer fluid (pass side) for easier access. the high beams are a 9005 bulb and fog-lights are a 9006. as far as the bumper goes did you buy it already painted? because my rear is messed up but i have no idea how to take either of them off. hope any of this helps, if you need specific pictures pm me and i'll try to get some to you.
