Default bumper part help

does anyone know where this part (52536) is on the bumper? circled in green in the picture.

i dont think my bumper has one right now and im guessing that is why it is why the bumper has about a .25" gap between the headlight and bumper. i'm assuming thats where this bumper retainer (52536) is located right??

the circled yellow part is a part that is attached under the headlight.... correct me if i'm wrong. i think mine is still in good condition. still wondering how to close that gap.

any help would be great as i am in need of closing this gap.

Interesting. I have a gap under my driver side headlight too. Only way you can tell if you have this part is if you remove your bumper.

Those parts circled in green are the plastic pieces on the fender where the sides of the bumper snaps in to. It's right next to the infamous fender/bumper bolt area. I don't believe these hard plastic pieces are the culprit your bumper has gaps. The bumper is a surprising soft plastic compared to my old Prelude. It's thinner and flexes more, so overtime the bumper will sag due to gravity. This area of the bumper under the headlight has only a few clips holding it on. I noticed it also on my old bumper, I would push the bumper onto the headlight support bracket and it'll come right back out. I just learned to live with it.

Do those pieces (circled in green) come on all new models (2006-2011)?
I had a fender bender on my 06 but not sure if my car had them. Anyway, I don't have them anymore and clips on fender were broken and gap was very noticeable but my body shop guy used screws to re-attach both fender and bumper (kind of a mickey mouse job/but not noticeable in the outside). No more gaps!
