Default on board display problem

I had my car battery replaced and since then my display that shows radio station, time , temp etc does come on. tThe radio works as well as all the other electric control such as windows, moon roof etc, but not the center display. What might be causing this, I've check the fuses under the hood but nothing seems to blown.

There is a separate fuse panel, behind that pull-down compartment directly in front of your left knee. When I had your problem, it was a blown 7.5 amp fuse, and I think its the one marked 'panel.'
