I've read threads on the dealership setting up pre sets on the newer RX's. Can the dealership set up pre sets on my 02 RX? Better yet can I do it?

example: everytime I turn on my fan or AC is goes to recirculate. I would like to change that to "fresh" air.

example 2: When you hold the unlock button on the remote all the windows and sunroof opens, I only want the windows to open.

 

There is a list of the c-best settings available and, as far as I know, only Lexus dealers have the equipment to change the settings. The list is fairly limited, it's not like open software. I've seen the list here on the forum, but my search wouldn't bring it up.

In the climate control automatic mode, the climate control decides whether you need air recirculation or not. In the manual mode, I would think you could decide whether or not to recirculate air yourself. I leave it in the automatic mode almost all the time, so haven't much experience in manual operation.
