Default Question

I think a cover might have fallen off of the botton of my lex. When I go through puddles the power steering locks up and steam starts comming up. Does anyone know what this is?

Power-steering pump is at the bottom of the engine and what might be happening is that the belt starts slipping when it gets wet. There are number of splash guard/shield around the wheel and one below the engine.

I suggest taking to some one who knows RX well. If you prefer you can post pictures and we can tell you which shield is missing.
