I had some work done by someone who removed my window switch console on the passenger side of the RX300 but they didn't know about the clips pictured below. Its been years but now its rattling. I want to replace just the clips, does anyone know if they can be replaced, the whole switch console isn't cheap:

 

When I took the door off in the that other thread, Bad Window Bad, I don't recall that the clips on that particular piece were separate, i.e. being able to be pulled off like a screw or bolt.

I am looking at page BO-13 in Volume 2 of the service manual, and it shows one hook just beneath both of your circles, but I do not see them as separate (i.e., possible part number).
