My 1999 threw the same codes and in the end it was the air-fuel sensor (AKA oxygen sensor). I will let some of the others chime in too, but I bet that is what it is. I also noticed than when that sensor is bad, it messes up the way your engine runs so much that it is likely to give other codes. The way to check is to clear all codes, drive it until it goes off, pull over, then read the codes. If you drive then you run the risk of more false codes.

There appears to be a fault with the bank one, sensor one, O2 sensor.

It is in the rearward exhaust manifold.

May I suggest a search with "22mm", the size of the special socket needed ...

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...highlight=22mm

For example.

Then this should be a simple task for you ...

Recommend disconnect the battery and observe the air bag precautions.
